Join the UIC School of Public Health Alumni Council for its annual Alumni Learning Series. This year, the topic is Effective Strategies for Addressing the Opioid Epidemic. Dean Wayne Giles will be joined by a panel of UIC partners working on the front lines of the opioid epidemic. The Panel Includes:

    • Todd A. Lee, PharmD, PhD- Professor and Department Head, Pharmacy Systems, Outcomes and Policy
    • Joshua Smith- Class of 2020 MD,MPH Candidate and Co-Founder of Chicago Street Medicine
    • Basmattee Boodram, PhD- Associate Professor of Community Health Sciences
    • James Swartz, PhD.- Professor, Jane Addams College of Social Work
    • David Jimenez, PhD - Director, Community Outreach Intervention Project.
